Sodium Chlorite Bleaching Stabilizer

Use:Stabilizer for bleaching with sodium chlorite.

Water solubility: Completely soluble
Hard water stability: Very stable at 20°DH
Stability to pH: Stable between pH 2-14
Compatibility: Good compatibility with any ionic products, such as wetting agents and fluorescent brighteners
Foaming property: No foam
Storage stability
Store at normal room temperature for 4 months, Place near 0℃ for a long time will cause partial crystallization, resulting in difficulties in sampling.

Properties

Solution preparation

Stabilizer 01 is diluted with water in any ratio.

Dosage
Stabilizer 01 is firstly added and subsequently adds the required dosage of acid to working bath.
The usual dosage is as follows:
 For one part of 22% sodium chlorite.
 Use 0.3-0.4 parts of Stabilizer 01.
 The specific use of concentration, temperature and pH should be adjusted according to the changes of fiber and bath ratio.
 During bleaching, when additional sodium chlorite and acid are needed, Stabilizer 01 is not necessary to be appended accordingly
