Nonionic Antistatic Powder PR-110
is polyoxyethylene polymer complex, which is used for antistatic finishing of polyester, acrylic, nylon, silk, wool and other blended fabrics. The treated fiber surface has good wettability, conductivity, anti-staining, dust resistance, and can improve the anti-fuzzing and anti-pilling performance of the fabric.

Characteristics and Applications:
1. The treated fabric has good wettability, conductivity, anti-staining, dust resistance,

3. It can be used together with waterproofing agent to improve the antistatic property of the fabric
while basically not affecting the water-repellent property
4. It can be used together with dye-fixing agent, silicone oil and so on, without affecting the style
and hand feel of the fabric
5. Compared with the conventional quaternary ammonium salt antistatic agent, it is more
adaptable and does not cause the color falling, color shade and yellowing of the fabric.

Usage and Dosage:
This product is high concentration product, please dilute with 3-5 times water before use.

Dilution method: Add Nonionic Antistatic Powder in a container equipped with agitator, then add
clean cold water, stir to dissolve and filter completely, then use.
Add 50 ~ 60
warm water to increase the dilution speed.

Exhaustion: Nonionic Antistatic Powder at 1:4 Dilution, Dosage at 1~3% (owf)

Padding: Nonionic Antistatic Powder at 1:4 Dilution, Dosage at 10~40 g/l
