Performance:

• Compared with the method of traditional pickling(such as by bleaching or PP + Stone); It can brighten  color more vivid on  garment dyeing treatment by using Magic Snow.

Application process

1. Dyeing garments using direct, reactive or sulphur dyes, or processing ready-to-wear or denim garments dyed with white dye;

2. The degree of dehydration and drying depends on the final effect, and the required liquid ratio is 40 to 70%. Special care must be taken not to dehydrate excessively to avoid near-drying parts on the garment;

3. The most suitable device for using Magic Snow is a roller machine without holes. Or you can put Magic Snow in a plastic bag, or after the machine is completely dry, seal all the holes with plastic plates or cardboard and put them into the garment;

4. Can be used alone, or it can be mixed with the rubber ball to process the garment;

5. Roll the machine for 10~20 mins, take out the treated clothes, neutralize with 1-2g/l PP neutralizer after water, 50°C*10 mins, washing, softening.

Note

1.Keep sealed in using process, avoid long time to expose

2.Suggest do pre-treatment with osmotic before using Magic Snow in order to   improve uniformity.

3.The liquid content rate must be consistent during mass production to avoid batch color deviation.
