Performance characteristics

1)Prepare bleaching and decolorizing working solution according to the above ratio at room temperature.

2) Spray the working fluid onto the garment (dosage of 100-150 g/garment); It is necessary to ensure that there is no residual permanganate in the spray gun, and the bleaching effect depends on the dosage used. If necessary, gloves or bristles can be used to highlight the desired effect.

3) Due to the slower decolorization reaction rate compared to conventional potassium permanganate, the working solution must be left at room temperature for 15-20 minutes after being treated on clothing to fully react and neutralize.

4)Wash away (neutralize)

Treat with 2-3 g/L sodium carbonate and 3-5 g/L hydrogen peroxide at 50 ℃ for 10

minutes.

Treat with 2-3 g/L sodium metabisulfite at 50 ℃ for 10 minutes.

This ensures excellent whiteness and long-lasting uniformity. When the fabric is severely

discolored, it is recommended to add appropriate anti back staining agents in the above

2 steps and processes.

Operating Conditions for SILIT-PPR 820

A. SILIT-PPR-820 is mainly used for denim fabrics with thorough desizing. Before spraying, manual rubbing is recommended. It is not advisable for direct spraying on raw denim (unprocessed denim). If direct spraying on raw denim is necessary, a pre-test must beconducted, and the fabric must undergo manual rubbing first before spraying.

B. SILIT-PPR-820 is generally applied via local spraying with a spray gun. Depending on the desired effect and factory conditions, tools such as sponges, brushes, and gloves can also be used, or methods like dipping and atomizing can be adopted to achieve different treatment purposes.
