    Emulsifying process

    SILIT-8201ALV<100% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content macro emulsion

    ①  SILIT-8201ALV----250g

    +TO5      ----25g

    +TO7      ----25g

    then stirring 10minutes

    ② slowly add H2O ----200g in one hour; then stirring 30minutes

    ③ +HAc (----3g)  + H2O (----297); then slowly add the mixture and stirring 15min

    ④ +H2O ----200g; then stirring 15minutes

    Ttl.:  1000g / 30% solid content macro emulsion

    Appllication

    • SILIT- 8201LV  can be used in polyester, acrylic, nylon and other synthetic fabrics.

    Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

    Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  5 - 15 g/l
