    Emulsifying process

    SILIT-2070C <60% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

    Add 500kgs SILIT-2070C, first add 500kgs water, keep stirring 20-30 minutes, until the emulsion is homogenous and transparent.

    Appllication

    • SILIT- 2070C  can be used in polyester, acrylic, nylon and other synthetic fabrics.

    Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  0.5 - 1% (o.w.f)

    Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  5 - 15 g/l

    Package and storage

    SILIT-2070C is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
