SILIT-PR-3917G
SILIT-PR-3917G is a thermally reactive polyurethane that can be used in combination with fluorine free or fluorocarbon waterproofing agents to increase the frictional resistance between fiber molecules and significantly improve thewaterproof, oil resistant, and wash resistant properties of the fabric. It can also be used for coating colorants, strengthening the cross-linking between adhesives and fabrics, and improving wet friction fastness.

- 1. Mixed with fluorinated or fluorine-free waterproofing agents, used for various textile waterproofing and oil resistant finishing to improve washing resistance.

Bathing with waterproof agents:

5%~15% of the dosage of bridging agent SILIT-PR-3917G waterproof agent Dipping and rolling working fluid → Drying (110 ℃) → Setting (cotton: 160 ℃)X 50 s; Polyester/cotton: 170~180 ℃ x 50 s).
2. Used in color paste for pigment printing:
Coating X%
Adhesive 15~20%
Bridging agent SILIT-PR-3917G 0.2~1%
. Add thickener and stir at high speed to make color paste, print → dry → set (cotton: 160 ℃ x 50 s; polyester/cotton: 170-180 ℃ x 50 s).
