Characteristics
SILIT-PR-729 is a kind of hydrophilic agent for nylon fiber, soft hand feeling, can be used with hydrophilic silicone oil together.
Nylon fabric has good and long-lasting hydrophilic properties after finishing.
It can withstand more than 20 washes.
Significantly improves the easy stain removal performance of fabrics.

 

Applications
1. Dyeing and finishing nylon fabrics: Bath method
SILIT-PR-729 1~4% (o.w.f)
Add SILIT-PR-729, acid leveling agent, pH control agent (ammonium sulfate, ammonium acetate, etc.), mix well and add to the dyeing tank, run 5 minutes, finally add acid dyestuff and proceed to dyeing and fixing according to the conventional process.
Dyeing and color fixing are carried out according to the conventional process.
2 .Padding process:
SILIT-PR-729 10~30 g/L (After dilution)
Hydrophilic silicone oil
Dipping and rolling → drying → shaping (170℃×40 seconds)

Package
SILIT-PR-729 is available in 120 kg in plastic drums.

 

Storage and shelf-life
When stored in cool and ventilated warehouse, SILIT-PR-729 can be used for up to I year after the date of manufacturer marked on the packaging (DLU). Comply with storage instructions and the expiry date marked on the packaging. Past this date, SHANGHAI HONNEUR TECH no longer guarantees that the product meets the sales specifications.

 

Cautions
Acidic fixatives may have an effect on the durable hydrophilic effect of SILIT-PR-729
To ensure the hydrophilic effect, a small amount of nylon durable hydrophilic agent SILIT-PR-729 can be added during the shaping process.
