    Short Description:

    Novel block silicone oil(AB)n copolymerization technology has a soft and smooth feel, fulland elastic, and has the characteristics of self emulsification, no silicon spots, high temperature resistance, and extremely low yellowing.By reducing the dosage to 2-4 times that of traditional amino modifed silicone, the same soft finishing effect can be achieved, and the stability problems of ordinary amino silicone such as easy demulsification,adhesion to rollers, and lack of temperature resistance can be solved.It canbe applied to various fabric finishing, such as cotton, cotton blends, artificial fibers, viscose fibers, chemical fibers,silk, wool, etc.

    Emulsifying process

    SILIT-4916 <50% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

    ①  Add 600kgs SILIT-4916, first add 200kgs water, keep stirring 10-20 minutes, until the emulsion is homogenous and transparent.

    Appllication

    •SILIT-4916 can be used of fabrics but may be most beneficial for synthetics, synthetic/cotton blends, polyester fleece and wool.on a variety The finishing solution has good shear stability and pH stability, making it suitable for jet and overflow dyeing.

    Exhaustion Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  1 - 3% (o.w.f)

    Padding Process: Dilution Emulsion(30%)  10 - 30 g/l

    Guides of Stripping :

    SILIT-4916 can be stripped off fabric. The stripping formulation is as follows:

    Na2CO3 5g/l

    LABS(30%) 2-5%

    Add water and Na2CO3 onto fabric tank and then heat to 100℃ for 60 min. Then rinse fabric with acidic water and water.

    Package and storage

    SILIT-4916 is supplied in 200Kg drum or 1000Kg drum.
