SILIT-PR-RPU : SILIT-PR-RPU is a special type of thermal reactive polyurethane with aspecial structure, used for hydrophilic and soft finishing of natural fibers, regenerated cellulose fibers, and polyamide fiber fabrics. It gives the fabric a washable, full, soft,and elastic feel, as well as excellent wrinkle resistance and easy stain removal function, greatly improving the comfort of the fabric. It is a high-quality functional finishing agent.

Two immersion and two rolling (with a residual rate of 75%) → pre drying → baking (165 ~175℃×50 sec

2. Super soft finishing of nylon and its blended fabrics (application examples): Step 1:

Multi functional finishing agent SILIT-PR-RPU 2-4% (o.w.f) bath ratio 1:10

40 × 20 minutes → dehydration → immersion rolling

Two immersion and two rolling (with a residual rate of about 70%) → pre drying → baking (165~175 ) × 50 seconds.
