- SILIT- FUN3183 is UV resistant finishing of nylon and its blended fabrics; It can also be used for UV resistant finishing of cotton fabrics.
- Usage Reference:
a.One-bath processing of dyeing of Nylon and cotton:
Anti-UV SILIT-FUN3183 3~10%
Dyestuff/OBA x%
Leveling agent 0.5%
Adjust pH level to 4.5 by acetic acid or other buffer liquid, L.R. 1:8~10, 100~102℃/45~60min.
b. padding method:
Anti-UV SILIT-FUN3183 10~30g/L
Pad(pick-up 75%) )→ Dry→ Baking.
Product may appear stratification but stirring easily before application
and its properties are not affect.
SILIT-FUN3183 is supplied in 50kg or 200kg drum
